YG serves as a key leader within our missions community, operating from our USA office and helping strengthen the mission through intentional care and connection. As a bilingual leader, he bridges language and cultural gaps, ensuring communication and discipleship are accessible and relational. His ability to connect across cultures allows him to build trust and provide meaningful support to those he serves.

He plays an important role in caring for our local missionaries by staying closely connected to their lives and ministry needs. Through consistent follow-up, encouragement, and prayer, YG helps ensure they feel supported and valued. His attentiveness creates a strong sense of partnership and reminds our missionaries that they are not serving alone.

YG also invests deeply in young adults who sense they are ready to take the next step in their ministry or missions journey. He mentors them through discernment and preparation, provides resources to equip them well, and leads prayer calls that foster spiritual growth and unity. Through this intentional investment, YG helps raise up and send the next generation of leaders and missionaries.
